These terms apply when you use siseo.io (“siseo”, “we”), run a scan or buy a report. By using siseo you agree to them. They are written to be read; if anything is unclear, ask us at support@siseo.io.
What siseo is
siseo is an automated audit of a website’s search engine and AI search readiness. The free scan shows a score and the most important issues. The full report, which you buy for one website, lists every issue with steps to fix it, and is delivered online in your account with a PDF and a spreadsheet.
Using the scan fairly
You may scan any publicly available website. You agree not to use siseo to overload, attack or probe websites, to get around our fair-use limits or bot protection, to scan in bulk with scripts, or to resell results as your own automated service. We may limit or block scans that look like abuse.
Your account
You need an account to buy a report. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Buying a report
- The price is shown before you pay, in US dollars, and is charged once. There is no subscription.
- A report covers the one website you scanned, and includes one free re-scan of that website within 30 days of purchase.
- The report is delivered in your account, usually within a few minutes of payment, and we email you when it is ready.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy. A refunded report is removed from your account.
What we promise, and what we can’t
We work hard to make every check accurate and every fix correct, and we keep them in line with published guidance from search engines and AI companies. But search engines and AI services decide for themselves how to rank and quote websites, so we can’t promise any particular ranking, traffic or result. A report describes your site as it was when it was scanned. Make changes with care, ideally with a backup, and ask a developer for help with code.
Your report and our work
You may use, copy and share your report for your own website and business, including with your developer, agency or clients. The siseo software, brand, checks and written guidance remain ours.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep siseo available and improving, which means checks and features change over time. We may pause the free scan for maintenance or to protect the service. Reports you have bought stay available in your account.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says can’t be limited.
Ending
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update this page and the date at the top. Changes don’t apply to reports bought before them.
