How do I buy a report?
Run a free scan first. Your result has an Unlock button that takes you to checkout for that site. You create a siseo account at checkout, and the report appears under My reports as soon as it is ready, usually within a few minutes.
Why do I need an account?
Your report lives in your account, so only you can open it, and you can come back to it, download the PDF and run your re-scan whenever you like.
Is it a subscription?
No. Each report is a one-time payment of $10, for one site. There is nothing to cancel.
How do I pay?
By card or the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider; siseo never sees or stores your full card number.
What if something goes wrong?
If your report can’t be produced, or something in it is wrong because of a fault on our side, we fix it or refund you. The refund policy has the details.
Can I scan more than one site?
Yes. Free scans are limited only by fair-use limits that stop automated abuse, and each site you want the full report for is its own $10 report.
